  1. Back before John Ferguson Jr. came and tore the team apart... one stupid decision after another.

  2. "On the first day, God created the heavens and the earth while the Leafs finished above .500"

    It's there. Look it up.

  3. 2007-2008 but still missed the playoffs as a 12th seed

  4. The year would be 2003-2004. They won 45 games, lost 24 in regulation and lost 3 in overtime. That makes a combined total of losses at 27. So 45 - 27.

It was only 4 years ago. Who know what the Leafs would of or could of done if the NHL had play in 2004-2005.

With the new rules, there are no ties, so with shootouts taking it's place, the Leafs have yet to acheive a better win than loss season.

The closest we came was in 2005-2006 when they won 41 games, lost 33 in regulationand 8 in overtime/shootout. 33 + 8 = 41. So they were even.

  5. In the 2003-2004 season. The Leafs had a record of 45-23-9-3

  6. They were pretty good in 1993 B.C., but lost in overtime of game 6 of the CAMPBELL (not West) Conference finals to L.A. and game 7 at home. Can you say "pathetique"?

  7. You talkin' bout Willis? Leafs were a good team under Quinn.
