When was the last time you read the Highway code?

I'm finding it slightly worrying that so many people have not heard of or are not familiar with the Active Traffic Management Scheme. eg Hard shoulder running and variable speed limits

  1. I was reading it while I was driving. The police gave me a ticket for it. (sigh)

  6. the new Hard Shoulder business is all over the news you dont need to read the highway code to know about it !!
