  1. Yes, quite a change from burning them, isn't it?

    Hey gustooch:

The US under Bush is the one begging for money at the moment.

    Dolt!

  2. I don't know maybe world war 2? Although supposedly the US is the bomb in Eastern Europe.

  3. I've seen Brits do it when America was in the World Cup quarter finals against Germany in 2002 when I was in England. They did not want Germany to win.

  4. That was so exciting!  It will be great for America's economy for Europe to have faith in us again!

  5. germans always do this sort of thing, happened when kennedy and reagan spoke in berlin, certainaly wouldn't happen in britian or france..

  6. why would they? there is no need for them too.

  7. I haven't seen one in any ones hand or outside any other ex pats house for over six or seven years plus outside the USA.

Being an US ex pat living overseas you learn very quickly, flying a US flag outside your home or waving one walking down the street your only asking for trouble. So it was great seeing so many American ex pats in Germany waving there flags yesterday.

Americans back home in the states forget there are millions of American citizens who all live in many countries overseas as ex pats and work in US based and owned company's, or we all also vote too.

Mr Obama's speech really did mean a lot to us Americans living and working outside the US that we are not as bad as George Bush has tarnished us, and also seeing US flags waving again in Germany during the speech added to it.

  8. when they beg for money.

  9. Don't know about the latest time, since Kennedy.

But the next time would be when

Obama visits Europe as the President of USA.
