When we dream, does it mean our souls are leaving our bodies? ?

And if that's the case, what does it mean that if a sibling of mine dreams about me? Does that mean their spirit is meeting mine?

No, dreaming is a function of your brain that activates when we sleep.

When someone has a person in their dream that they share waking life with it is because some aspect of that person makes sense to your dream situation.  If you admire your sister's organization skills and in your mind you wish you were as organized as her when ever your brain wants to organized someting it will put your sister in the dream.

Somthing like that happened to me once.   I was on a cloud and I was talking to my Great Grandfather.   I think it was his soul coming from heaven to me.   And I also think that when you dream, your soul goes free wherever it wants to go on the earth.   So, I guess it just depends on your own personal beliefs.   If a sibling of yours dreams about you their spirit is with you and when he wakes up that memory goes with him.

Dreaming, I'm pretty sure is R.E.M. Not the band, Rapid Eye Movement. While you are doing this, you body generates images, to, A. make you fall asleep.

Dreaming in other term is thinking without conscience or own knowledge.

It is not leaving the body.  The body and mind is connected and so is the body and soul.  

Dreaming basically means you are falling into subconsciousness.  Dreaming of your late sister basically mean you are thinking about her.  Remember you are the owner of the dream and your mind.  

Your sibling dreams about you is the same thing, she/he is the owner of the dream.

Sometimes we both of you met in the dream, the same could only mean  you somehow connected in waking life.  However, it has nothing to do with dead people's spirit.  We can't tell anyway,  unless you have some evidence about spirits are really talking to you, otherwise, they are merely from your thoughts.
