  1. opposite direction help make the train move.when the train wheel push on the track the track pushes back make the train moveing.

  2. Suppose we are in a train which is moving at a speed of 100 km/fr in the forward direction. Surrounding outside is stationary.

When we observe outside, we feel ourselves stationary and observe the surrounding outside. In order to understand what we see when we consider ourselves stationary, we give to the reference frame a speed of 100 km/hr in a direction opposite to the direction of the train. This speed is given to the train as well as the surrounding so that the speed of the train relative to the surrounding remains the same. This will make train stationary and surrounding moving backwards with the speed of the train which we observe.

  3. Einstein's relativity (not special relativity) talks about reference frames.  From the perspective of a person standing outside of the train, the train appears to be moving.  But from inside the train the person on the outside appears to be moving with reference to the train.  This raises the question of which object is truly moving?  Intuition suggests that the train is moving, but in our physical universe it only matters from what perspective you are viewing everything from.
