"Jumboorie" has so few hits in google that I must assume that you have misspelled some other word, so I will guess "jamboree".

Now, unfortunately, "jamboree" is a generic word, referring to any festival.  The event that I have heard most frequently referred to as a jamboree is the gathering of Boy Scouts.
