Wimbledon finals both men and women always air on the NBC network. The women's final is Saturday coverage starts at 9 am eastern time and the men's final will be on Sunday and I think coverages starts at 9 am eastern time as well. They call it "Breakfast at Wimbledon"

i believe it will be on nbc, just the regular nbc and saturday morning for women'sand sunday morning for men
