When will AT&T accept cash for the iphone 3G?

I know that att will not accept cash for the iphone 3G i am so pissed off at that. I mean, att shouldn't be doing this. I don't give a **** if they have to track youre mother ******* phone down it's not fare with people without credit card!!!!!! My question is when will they accept cash for iphone 3G!!!!!??? And i am tired of answers like ohhh they are doing this because they need to track u!!!! I DONT CARE JUST ANSWER MY QUSETION NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
