When will Duke Nukem 3D be available on the Xbox live marketplace?

I've been waiting months and I still can't figure out when it's coming out. I'm always on 3Drealms.com and read the articles and what not but still no definite answer. I see the point sheet on Gamewinners.com so I'm kinda wondering is it out now? And if so where is it on the Xbox live market place and how much is it?
