When will GLAST take its first snaps?

It's supposed to start 'working' the way it's supposed to about two months after the launch, which was a few weeks ago.  The guy who mentioned the blog above - that's a great resource.  Apparently, they saw their first GRB today!  Unfortunately, there was no follow-up with Swift, so no one else was able to go after it.  But soon!
