When will Gordon Brown stop hiding behind other ministers and announce an increase in police numbers?

We need to have 1000s more police all working on the streets.

We need to have public orders in place to tackle drunks in public.

What is the point of anti knife legislation if there are not enough police out doing stop and search?

There needs to be a major crackdown - like stop and search days where 1000s of people are stopped and searched, particularly young men.

at some point in the near future,gordon brown or one of his loyal mutts will look the country straight in the eye and tell them that crime is down..knife crime in particular is down x%..in fact we are x% safer now than we were in 200x...

this is because the vast majority of serious crime is not being properly documented by the police...

the less crime goes thru the books offically,the more statistical evidence to cut budgets and slash police numbers...

the scottish goverment have been doing this since there inception,and it is at the point now where the lie is so obvious,yet there will always be a man with a piece of paper to tell u that ur wrong,ur neighbourhood is safe,no-ones gonna stab u..knife crime is down!

The   police  once  arrested  a  girl  for  picking  a  flower.  The  police  are  the  ones  who  need  to  be  looked  at.
