  1. During the Tokyo Game Show 2007, Home's full release was announced to be delayed until "Spring 2008".On 21 April 2008 Sony Computer Entertainment announced that Home would be delayed further and the closed beta would be extended until "FALL 2008". However it was confirmed that more PlayStation Network users would be invited to join the closed beta during this time. An announcement on the Official PlayStation Europe user forum confirms that invitations to the closed beta will be offered to winners of a weekly Warhawk online gaming event.Kazuo Hirai, President and CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment, said that "Spending more time on the development and on the Closed Beta testing reaffirms our commitment to bringing a quality service, maintaining the PlayStation tradition."

Home has been delayed again until Fall 2008. Hope it will be released sometime 2009..Goodluck!

  2. Before Christmas 08

  3. There is no exact info on this issue, however, open bet is already starting. As for the final version - no one really knows - most sources say in the beginning of 2009.

  4. ok...so i own a ps3 and i've been hearing all this talk about home

i have looked in every possible and impossible place on the internet to get a hint about it

but every site has a different answer for it. i belive that it is taking so long because sony is trying to make home as perfect as it can possibly be, and sure it may be a very annoying wait, but i think it will be worth waiting for. and it should be out sometime before christman (hopefully), but that was also what everyone was saying in 2007, so i dont think we should keep our hopes up, but we should definatly keep our expectations high, for it will probably be the best sim out there =D
