When will I get Cover Girl LashBlast masacara from Seventeen Magazine?

Will I ever get this thing? The winners list is posted and my name is on it. They never notified me, I just kept checking up on it. That was the February freebie! And it's now May! I've looked everywhere on the site for something about "if you won one of our freebies..." but I couldn't find anything. I even called customer service and they only let you ask subscription questions. My mailing address is right, I've recieved the newest edition.

I don't know what else to do! Can someone please help me? Have you gotten your's yet?

It takes them a long time to send out the prizes, why?  I don't know.  But hang in there, It can take up to 90 days to get it
