When will I get my stimulus check after the hiccup at the IRS?

What hiccup are you referring to?  People who qualified and were scheduled for the first round have them already, or they are in the mail.  What's your situation?

If you are talking about the 1500 or so that went to wrong accounts in May, that has long since been fixed.

If you are talking about the couple hundred thousand that didn't get the amounts for their kids, that was caused by returns that had errors, not an IRS hiccup.  According to the IRS website, those have been identified and the checks for the extra amounts for the kids have started to go out, and should all be out by the end of August.

I was supposed to get mine on the 4th. I called the IRS and thet said it was sent out on the 5th. Its the 18th still no check, They said if I dont get it by the 08/15/2008 to call them and they will re-issue UGH. Hope this helps you

are you sure you qualify? Did you use the IRS Stimulus Calculator to find out if you qualify and how much you qualify for?  Have you check "wheres my stimulus"?

I work at the IRS and am not aware of any "hiccups" apart from what Judy mentiond. What are you referring to?
