When will I get to meet my baby?

I went to the Dr. on Tuesday--I was dilated to 3 and 75% effaced. His head has been engaged for 2 weeks. I have been having a lot of Braxton Hicks contractions but nothing too painful or nothing getting closer together--any estimates on when I might get to meet my baby boy?

All very good signs but its just a guessing game right now and can be as early as now or 2 more weeks but with all the signs your having it's differently eminent it's coming soon.

When he's ready to come out. I was two weeks early and was 5cm 90% effaced. I had my appt fri-4cm and sun went in the hospital and had her at 10pm.
