Just asking, and how do you have a wet dream?

This question isn't about dreams, it's about men's health so, if your a girl, you wouldn't want to know about this because wet dreams aren't like dreams that makes you wet for real if you dream yourself taking a shower for example, but it involves a private side of a man's body so to speak. A wet dream only happens when you have puberty, which is a change of your body of becoming an adult. One of the changes is  ejaculating sperm, which is one of the reproductive cells to make babies and it happens when your p***s is "up" (you'll know when you have this change when you wake up and you feel something sticky in your underwear). And you get your p***s "up" when you dream of something s**y and makes you more "horny". Excuse my language that I use but it's real!
