When will I receive my sidekick lx ota update?

I know that the question sounds kind of complain-ish...but from what I heard everyone was supposed to have gotten the update late july or early first week in august, well it's pretty much august 16, and I still have not gotten it :(

I heard the updates were suppose to be done and everyone should have them by the end of this month. Idk what's taking them so long,if I were you I would call customer service and ask directly from them or ask somone who works at a tmobile store.
