When will I take Kalms tablets when boarding a flight...?

I know I have asked so many questions on fear of flying but I have bought some Kalms tablets but I was wondering how am I going to take them? It says two tablets three times a day after meals but it will only be for the duration of the flight.

in the morning after breakfast .. during the flight... and  then if you need one after dinner!!!
