  1. no need to

we've proved we could amass an empire bigger and better than any other nation on earth

even the yanks' attempt at a bigger one has failed

  2. as soon as our politicians get some balls and stop being so politically correct and get some pride and start rebuilding the navy

ps. we were never chased out, we granted independance

  3. Never if she doesn't also make an effort to control the skies.  The age of battleships died with the development of military aircraft.

  4. Stop dreaming, Britain has been America's slave for over 50 years and now not going with the rest of Europe will now spell a slow economic death of this once powerful country.

  5. I doubt if ever Britain will ever rule the waves again! My only hope is that Scotland will obtain it's independence in the very shortest time!So that it can show the rest of the world it does not have to rely on contracts from the English and Welsh taxpayer to keep it's ship building industries going!

  6. Merchant Marine plus Civic Currency in European Union. Same elsewhere.  Together everyone will be strong but others might choose different structures than money and trade. Conservation.  This could make Lady Britannia strong again unless you refer to the ship. As to that any time.

  7. Never.

  8. The short answer would be never.

When Britain had an Empire they were eventually chased out of every country they invaded.  With just cause I might add.

It's only a matter of time before Scotland becomes independent and this will be the start of the the end of Britain, which I believe will be a good day for everyone in the north-west corner of Europe.

    ___________

Lord Britain, England wasn't chased out of India, the US and Ireland?  I think you might need to go look over your history, you've missed some vital points.

  9. Her time will come again

  10. Never. Those days are long gone. :-)

  11. Never.

Ruling the waves isn't quite what it used to be. The U.S.Navy currently rules the waves but that's primarily because no other country wants to shell out the expense of maintaining costly naval forces.
