When will President Bush understand that the US military is spread too thin to offer protection ?

The military is not spread too thin, there are only at most 200,000 troops in the middle east, and plenty more where that came from.

Now if it was BIll Clinton's military I would agree with you, the only real cuts that man ever did was the military.
