When will Safina return to tennis?

Dinara Safina has pulled out of Indian Wells, the tournament at she was scheduled to make her return from persistent back problems, so when can we next expect to see the world No. 2 in competition?

According to Safina’s website, her next scheduled tournament is now the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami, beginning on March 24th. Guess it’s still a matter of whether she’s fully recovered by then though, and as the reoccurrence of the back injury at the Australian Open seemed to indicate, pushing to come back too early might not be in Safina’s best interests.
