Why would Hendrick fire a crew cheif that is 3rd in the points, consistanly runs in the top 5 and has the most points in Hendrick. Jr. will win soon. When you keep running in the top 5 the wins will come.

Nope, not gonna happen HMS has been a new learning curve for both of them, why should he be fired, look at all the top 5 & 10 finishes...I would be interesting to see a swap with the #5 crew but unless something drastic happens, its not gonna happen..

If a crew chief were fired every time something went wrong there wouldn't be any crew chief. At one time or another they all make a bad call. He and Jr. have a good relationship, there running great up there in the points. If your driver doesn't have a good relationship the the crew chief they can't communicate well. They are a good fit and I don't see any reason HMS would think otherwise.

He wont be fired, we may see a crew chief swap between the 88 and the 5 at some point.

Never, Hendrick will always keep him with Junior because everyone at Hendrick loves Tony Jr, Chad Knaus and Steve LaTarte notice it. And Junior always says he'd rather be driving with Tony Jr and doing horribly then be with someone else and winning.

Why should he be fired? Tony Jr has setup the cars Dale Jr drives every week and has by far been the best HMS car all year. Yeah he hasn't made the right calls to get him a victory but he has had a top ten/top five car in every race all year. Dale Jr loves working with Tony Jr and I'm sure Tony Jr does as well.

Give me one good reason Tony Eury Jr. should be fired. He makes one mistake at Daytona (which for the millionth time was not why Jr. lost the 500) and then decides to stay out at Bristol (top 5 finish) and everyone beats up on him. Jr has never had another crew cheif except for Tony Eury Jr's dad, who was even worse. TEJ is a good crew cheif and should not be fired. There's no one else Jr. is good with.

He doesn't work for Hendricks (who the h**l is Hendricks??) anyway, he works for Rick Hendrick. And if they were not 3rd in points someone may take a closer look at that situation but not anytime soon.
