I can not be certain but since the economy is really hard on them,. im assuming when they have more funds to do so!!

Chicago is UA's hub. O'Hare International Airport is having a decline in traffic, down 5.3 % according to the Chicago Department of Aviation, just as it is in the middle of major runway renovations and additions. Mayor Daly has been trying to get the airlines to kick in more $$ for the multi-billion dollar costs of improvements. UA seems to have recurring labor problems; they recently grounded hundreds of flights for maintenance on the wiring. Advertising costs are up and if they are looking for a new agency, or approach, to ease customers' anxiety over safety and economic problems, well, all that added up could mean sometime before you see TV advertising.
