When will Yahoo Profile Photo be fixed so i can edit?

When will Yahoo Profile Photo be fixed so i can edit? When i go to my account, I either get an error on the page or i am told I can edit Photo later because it is temporarly down, its been down long while and still nothing.

I recieved a notice from yahoo that certain photos need to be fixed, but how when I can not get to the photo to edit... help please.

When they replace the whole system sometime this year.
