That really depends on how you are as a designer. If you can create a time machine to travel to 2013, then the 2013 Sienna will come up as soon as you go into the time machine, which could be tomorrow or a few weeks later. But then the Sienna may not even be in production, so it may never come up.

And then of course, there's the logical answer of August 2012. Because cars usually come out the fall before the year they are (if that made sense...).

A 2013 Sienna can also come up whenever you feel like it. Make your own. Maybe Toyota will consider it for production.
