When will be GTA 4 available for PC version in India?

Hi guys, I am big fan of GTA games. I just noticed that GTA 4 will be released on 18th of November this year for PC.(In other countries) When Indian could get it?

ummm r u sure?? as few days ago i saw it on net, means on torrent, freely available. my friend already have it in dvd. i guess u dont knw..
