  1. gta4 is region free no matter where u get it....i think if u just buy one from ebay and pop it in ur ps3/xbox360 it should work fine


  2. Gta 4 has already been released worldwide. The only thing is that it hasn't reached india yet.Cuz all new games enter our country 2 - 3 months after their release.

    Price for Xbox360 would be Rs. 2510 i.e. the standard price of all new xbox games
