They said it will ship spring 2009 with a demo of FF XIII.

There's no release date yet, but not until next year.  The closest they've come is "March 2009" in Japan (not word at all on U.S. release), but that's not firm yet, and it's been pushed back three times already.

Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete will be released on March of 2009 in Japan and will be bundled with a demo version of Final Fantasy XIII along with the first HD released trailers of Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Agito XIII, making them the first released trailers of the Fabula Nova Crystallis series.
