  1. To quote Hank the Wayward Christmas Tree

"Global Warming is in the twisted, nonsensical, stupid, and gullible minds of the modern day cave men known as environmentalists. I say they are modern day cavemen because if they had it their way, we would be living in caves (while they lived in 3 or 4 10,000 square foot houses like Al Gore does) so that we could save the planet. That way, we won't emit any harmful gases. Oh, by the way, just to make sure that no extra gas is emitted, flatulence is prohibited.

To all of you cave men: I understand that the global temperature is rising, but if you think that it could possibly be caused by humans, you have coral wedged into your frontal lobe."

Believe what you wish, but I like her view of this subject.

  2. you can find the info at http://globalwarmingheartland.org

  3. It is already taking effects and over time these effects will be emphasised.

  4. What exactly do you mean by take effect?  If you mean when will the weather patterns change as a result of the progressive warming of the globe during this cycle, then this has been going on for the past 10,000 years and will likely continue for several more years.  If you mean when will we see the end of the world scenarios popularized by Al Gore and others of his ilk, the answer is never.

  5. Over a period of 50 years ice burgs 10 miles wide and 100 feet tall will be melted down to about 1 mile wide and 15 feet tall. That's my prediction.

  6. Global warming is not just for our kids and grandkids to deal with. Climate change is upon us. A decade ago, it was debatable. Now the future is unfolding before our eyes.

Climate change is evident worldwide: in melting Artic Sea ice[1], world-wide glacial retreat[2], Antarctica snowmelt[3][4], changing ocean currents[5], changing ocean chemistry[6][7], spread of tropical disease[8], altered patterns of agriculture[9], sea level rise[10], etc...

The Stop Global Warming calculator shows you how much carbon dioxide you can prevent from being released into the atmosphere and how much money you can save by making some small changes in your daily life. It’s our hope that the calculator will promote action, awareness and empowerment by showing you that one person can make a difference and help stop global warming.

  9. well if anyone tells you with certainly what the climate will be like in 50 or so years he or she is a false prophet. a prophet claims to have knowledge or divine insight that gives them the ability to see what others cannot. scientists have taken the place of preists and prophets now a days.

they get a few facts speculate a little and say I have the answer to something only God knows for sure. of course I am not speaking of true science, it never assumes to know anything for sure, especially if it can't be tested in real studies and tests in real time, (instead of just computer models which only spit out what goes in and not necessarily is it all based on truth) now false prophets are getting paid to tell us global warming will lead to catastrophe if we don't do this or that in this case tax co2. humm very interesting. how does taxes save the world?

sounds fishy to me, sounds more like a money scheme to me than anything to do with saving the planet. in fact one comment I heard said if you want to destroy a nation tax it. so I am inclined to think you shouldn't be worried about global warming but about the greedy so and so's who are trying to profit off of it.
