  1. Just because you apply for a job doesn't mean they will even call you.  The length of time it takes for an employer to contact you, if they are interested varies based on when they are ready to start interviewing, what time they have available, it could take as little as a few days to several weeks.  But these place you've applied to if it over a month chances are they aren't going to call you.  And no one hires you w/o an interview.  It can take a very long time to find a job, a few months isn't anything.  If you filling out applications by walking into these places, look at how you dress, and speak - those are your first impressions -if it's a bad first impression, they won't even call you. I know your young but you don't seem to really understand how job searching and hiring process works.  Google interviewing so you can get a better understanding and be prepared should you get called for an interview.

    HR Manager.

  2. Apply everywhere. Ride up and down the roads, and go in, fill out applications, and hand them back to the hiring manager.

ALWAYS look nice when you go in, and write verrrrryyy neatly

I must emphasize on this. CALL BACK!! ALways call back and ask to speak to the hiring manager, and ask about your application..

Say something such as " Hi my name is (), and I was wondering if you had had a chance to look at my application, because I am very interested in working in ().

    Good luck!!

  3. Not enough info.......education......experience....... know.........

  4. It depends on the company and type of job you're applying for.

  5. There is no reliable rule of thumb for application to hire timeframe.  Interview to hire, however, is usually within 1-2 weeks.

You might want to re-think your appearance and demeanor when you fill out an application...

  6. With the current economy it is very difficult. Have you posted your resume on monster and updated it on daily bases. Has anyone reviewed your resume? It takes consistency in sending follow up emails and phone calls to employers to see what is going on with the position. It is an employers market, it took me eighteen months to find my last job after I was laid off and I worked partime jobs and temp positions until I landed a fulltime job through one of the temp positions I took.

  7. i dont know but i ve been doing the same thing, nothing!
