When will i receive my circuit city gift card replacement?

Something happend to my playstation 3. I ahd to change it twice now i dont want it i returned every thing i shiped it to ups and they were shipping it to this place. These people that i sent it to said they were gona give me a gift card replacment of the exact money i paid. i just want to know when will i reiceve it
