When will i start losing weight?

An average food plan for me would be:

breakfast: raisin bran and soy milk, maybe some fruit

2nd meal: wheat pasta, chunky tomato sauce, and 1 vegetarian chicken patty cut up. and i only drink water, crystal light, or soy milk.

I am also doing an hour of cardio every day.

unhealthy or not will i start dropping inches? and if so how long till i see results.

  1. You will lose weight, but if that is all you are eating, you are not eating enough.  You will soon lose your eneergy to do your cardio, and you will damage your body.  Eat a more sensible diet.  you need at least 1200 to 1500 calories a day, and you will still lose weight.

  3. When you see results will depend on your weight and how much you need to lose. Make sure that you are eating at least 1200 calories a day. Also a good support group might help. Try http://www.fit4lifefriends.com
