When will i start seeing results??

RE: my schedule:

mon: jiu-jitsu

tues:lift weights then walk/run/jog for 30 minutes straight

wed:jiu-jitsu

thurs:lift weights then walk/run/jog for 30 minutes straight

fri:jiu-jitsu

sat:lift weights then walk/run/jog for 30 minutes straight

sun:rest

in jiu-jitsu we do about an 30-45 minutes of wrestling

when will i start seeing results and when will my six pack show?

  2. How much time do you spend on weights and what is your body fat percentage? It takes about 6-8% to show a six-pack unless you have extremely large abs. If your looking for a six-pack, up your cardio and do abs with weights. I do the captain's chair with dumbells between my feet, decline crunches with plates held to my forehead, and air cycles/bicycle kicks for my abs. Watch your diet carefully and up the cardio a bit (depending on how long you lift) and it should take about 4 months for a strict beginner (really depends on the person) and less time if you've already been training. Since you seem to already be doing a good job, it shouldn't take long, especially if you really put in the time to build up your abs with heavy lifting.
