When will i start seing results?`?

Ive been going to the gym everyday burning about 1000 calories...and trying to eat about 1200 calories but eating about..1800 because i get hungry -_- but i still burn alot and im a 16 year old female who weighs about 145 pounds. Ive been doing this for a few days and want to know how long itll take before i start to see my fat burn away

    and disciplined urself,.

    it may take weeks or months,.,depends on how u control urself

    and ur metabolism

  4. This is the secret to losing weigh... DON'T eat until your full, only eat until you feel like you're not hungry. Also, if you're not hungry, don't eat. Snacks are high in calories.

    If you burn 1,000 calories a day but eat 1,200 calories a day, that means everyday you're gaining "200" calories! You should eat only about 900 calories a day and burn 1,000.

    If you eat more calories than you burn, you're actually STILL GAINING the weigh!
