  2. The last time Japan hosted the Olympiad(XII) was in1940........which was cancelled due to WWII...........So they're way over due.........

    Japan did hosted the Wnter Olympiad(XX) in 1972 at Sapporo, Japan and in Nagano, Japan in 1998

  3. No chance to host the winter games, but count on 2020: It will be Osaka!


  4. The Winter Olympics were in Nagano, Japan in 1998.  It'll be awhile before they make their way there again.
