When will more American countries bring more medals to this side of the planet?

It's only the US and Cuba bringing medals to our hemisphere during these Olympics. Will more countries bring more medals in the future? Thank God for Jamaica in the 100m dashes.

Canada has 9 medals - 2 of which are gols.  That's only 2 medals less than Cuba.  Brazil's got a fair amount too actually.  I wouldn't worry so much.

Brazil shows promise in few events...I think canadians are good in winter olympics...
