When will my first mortgage payment be due?

You'll know at closing, but I'm sure you could ask your lender and they would tell you. My husband and I closed on July 25th and our payment isn't due until September 1, but we knew ever before closing that it would be the first of September. Our lender told us.

Chances are at closing you'll prepay the first months mortgage (September) so your first months payment will be due October 1st.
