When will my next period really be ?

my periods use to be around the normal 28 days however last 2 months they haven't been. here is my last two periods

i was expecting it on like june 3rd but ended up getting it on june 15th-18th then my next period which if it was 28 days should have been july 16th but i didnt get it then and i ended up getting my period on july 27th-30th.

28 days is just the 'norm' as we all need something to go by. Have you had anything in your life change recently. A breakup, a death in the family, gone on a diet, doing more exercise - things like that can make a difference to one's cycle. Or quite simply your cycle may have changed from 28 days to around 40 days. As we get older things change for no real reason and the smallest thing can make a period late. Don't worry too much you're not alone!

28 days is only the average given when predicting your next period. however it can always be earlier or later. it sounds like you are having an irregular period. it is completely normal... sometimes this can happen because of dietary and sleeping habits and also due to stress. i wouldn't worry... if you skip a period however, you should consult your doctor... having a guess i'd say your next period will be on the 7th of september as you seem to have a 40 day cycle...
