If it's coming by mail, it can take a month to get from the US border to you.

and then it will be held by customs, just relax and don't think about it, it will shop up when least expected

We have no way of knowing for sure, but I think it will take a while yet.  And it may get held up for a while in customs.  Count on at least 7 to 10 business days, and it could be more.
