When will my package arrive from American Eagle?

I ordered 6 items at American Eagle, and it has been many days, and no sign of the package. I checked the tracking device, and it keeps going back and forth in the sortation center. By the way, I live in Sacramento.

Sortation Center Departure 8/26 SACRAMENTO, CA

Electronic Shipping Info Received 8/25 RICHMOND, CA

USPS Electronically Notified 8/25 RICHMOND,CA

Sortation Center Arrival 8/23 SACRAMENTO, CA

Sortation Center Departure 8/22 EARTH CITY, MO

Pickup 8/20 OTTAWA,KS

If anyone has ever ordered anything online, or even better American Eagle, please help! I will appreciate anything I get.

It should be arriving shortly.  It seems the package is scheduled to arrive in Sacramento on 8/26.

When ordering online or through the mail always allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your item.  Somewhere on the order forms it should say something to this effect.
