When will my package deliver to me??

Question

I bought a phone off ebay and need it before or on friday because I am leaving out of town and down want it to fry and break in the heat since it will be sitting out. I payed with a money order, since my paypal acct had an issue. The guy emailed me and said he received it yesterday and will ship today July 29th, when will I receive it? He shipped it on US Postal Service Priority Mail and he lives in New Port Richey, Florida.
