When will my six pack show?or wen will i start to see results?

RE: my schedule:

mon: jiu-jitsu

tues:lift weights(30 minutes) then walk/run/jog for 30 minutes straight

wed:jiu-jitsu

thurs:lift weights(30 minutes) then walk/run/jog for 30 minutes straight

fri:jiu-jitsu

sat:lift weights(30 minutes) then walk/run/jog for 30 minutes straight

sun:rest

in jiu-jitsu we do about an 30-45 minutes of wrestling

when will i start seeing results and when will my six pack show?i think my body fat percentage is 14% because i checked in this body works convention and i dont think it was very accurate tho cuz i just put my hands on the handle and i guess it can tell.

should i also increase my cardio work to everyday or just increase its time on tues,thurs,sat?(45 minutes-an hour)

how much and what kind of ab exercises should i do?

  2. every person has got six packs but it is covered by fat . you have to just think of removing that fat by exercise like running , swimming etc. you also have to look after your nutrition.

  3. Abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym.

    Eat healthy and itll show sooner then if you crazy work out but eat like ****.

    But when you hit 10% body fat is when they should come in. 7% will give you amazing definition of them.

  4. from my experiences cardio combined with ab workouts is best, instead of liftign weights try running for more than 1hour + do ab workouts
