  1. I would try soaking in a tub of lukewarm water with Epsom Salts to draw out the pain. This is normal after what you have done to your body, and as another said, this is because there are tiny tears to your muscles from overworking them and when they heal they'll be stronger as that is how we build up our muscles. Drink plenty of water so that you hydrate your bodies tissues and cells. If you can, get a swedish massage to help ease the pain.

  2. Stretch

  3. Yes, absolutely - what you have is called DOMS -  delayed onset muscle soreness from the stress of the excessive activity of football parctice. You'll get it every year when you start two a days and it will last no longer than a week. It just gets less and less - my advice is though, stay away from "Hot" treatments. This only aids inflamttion. Your muscle fibers have microscopic tears in them from the stress and when they heal back in a day or two, they are stronger and more capable of bearingthe excersise. That's how we train our bodies! Good luck!
