When will my uterus go back in, i had my baby 3.5 weeks ago and i still look 5 months pregnant?

it still looks like my uterus is still up high because i can't see me******** to shave(translation:i can't see over my belly)..what can i do to make my uterus shrink back to size

When I was in the hospital they told me to massage my stomach in a circular motion.  I done it at least once a day, but as much as possible.

My wife says to massage your uterus, That's what they told her in the hospital.

Firmly press down on your belly and massage in a circular motion.

Have you heard of a pregnancy belt?

It holds the belly while you are pregnant.  After the baby it helps the uterus to go back.
