I've starting working out daily, about a month ago. I'm average sized, but I wanted to tone and lose a few pounds without starving myself. I am mainly swimming and doing water aerobics.
I've already noticed a lot of muscle tone that wasn't there before, my body is feeling "harder", less flabby. The problem is I've lost barely any weight, my clothes still feel tight (please don't suggest buying new clothes). Will the muscle I'm building start burning fat quicker, or do I have to drastically diet too? I thought working out every day would be enough since I don't really eat a lot.
