When will people learn?

That the reason they make laws, and the government is forced to regulate. Is because people don't know how to keep from s******g over each other. If people followed the golden rule instead of the rule of gold. There would be no need for rules and regulations. Wail all you want about taxes, but they serve a purpose. Without them, no roads, no public schools, no government oversight that is sorely needed. The present mortgage crisis is a prime example of what people do without rules and regulations. Do you like clean drinking water and healthy food? Would you trust corporate america to insure the standards you expect?

  1. If we didn't have rules this world would be way more chaotic than it already is.  Whether we like some rules and laws or not, it doesn't really matter.  It keeps a lot of people in line. Unfortunatly, we will always have people who think they are above rules, policies and procedures.  Whether it be something as huge as cheating on your taxes (celebs, rich people), to something as small as speeding (people with fast cars that think they are much more important than everyone else on the road).  People wanna complain about everything but they fail to realize that structure is needed in every day life.

  2. It doesn't matter where you are on the political spectrum, Anarchist, Totalitarianist or Libertarian asking rhetorical, opinion driven questions are a waste of time! What's more, if you are so naive as to believe that the International Socialist Welfare Police State that the Republicans and Democrats have given us is going to provide you or anyone else with 'clean drinking water' or 'healthy food' or that THEY and THEM could or even would do better than 'corporate America' you're delusional!

  3. When money therefore greed is outlawed

  4. Amen to you sister....or brother....!
