It is obvious, that the police are questioning Shannon thoroughly. They are getting her prepared to join a foster family permanently, and I do not blame them or Shannon to want to go.

I think it sounds weird about her only seeing her daughter for only "2 minutes" - BBC.

i dont think she will return home i think something not right has been going on at home and thats why she left in the first place

I really hope for her sake that she never goes home I think she could lead a far better life if she was placed with a really good foster family and left there. I have heard that it was planned and that the family were trying to cash in on the reward money and that is why she has not been returned home yet

I doubt it! I think we can all see she CAN wait, as she left and isn't in a rush to return.
