  1. cats come back into season really quickly. so have her spayed as soon as possible. and be sure to keep her in until you do. unless you want more kittens.

  2. No NOT let her out.  Once the kittens are weaned, get her spayed.  She will have to be in a separate room for a week after surgery

  3. A cat can go into heat within weeks of having her kittens.  Some may take longer, some can become pregnant while nursing.  It depends on the individual cat.

  4. as long as she is feeding the kittens she should be OK I would book her in to be spayed when the kittens are 8 weeks old.

  5. usaly about one month long but i had the same problem with my cat i just let her anyway but i kept her in at night becouse that was when she was the most......busy

  6. shortly after giving birth she can immediately become pregnant again, but this is pretty rare. Her next cycle will probably be between 3-6 months after giving birth. It really varies by cat. My biggest advice to you is to have her spayed pronto!!

  7. Cats come into heat and can get pregnant shortly after giving birth, and even while nursing their litter.  She's probably in heat now, and wants to get outside.  So please do not let her out or she *will* get pregnant again.  You can call the vet on Monday, and make a spay appointment for her for 5 weeks from now, when the babies are 8 weeks old and no longer nursing.  This way her appointment will be all ready and waiting for her, as many vets get booked solid this time of year due to all the kittens that have been born.
