My advice is to call your local Hyundai dealer and see what the latest estimate is.  They were originally to be released in spring 2008, but with the Genesis sedan and coupe also in the works I guess there was some delay's.  I don't see anything listed on the web about the current release date, here's a couple useful websites though.  http://www.elantratouring.com/
