I just spoke with the somebody on the beach and they said 11pm, but it is a live show that is airing from 10pm to 11pm.

yay, he just confirmed yesterday that he'll be here :) !!!

10pm-11pm, spectators will be watching on the beach, and a screen will be projected to show everyone whats going on
